Description:

Candidate must have used and been trained in the Project Success Methodology (PSM). This was a methodology used by YCA (Young, Clark & Associates), which is now known as Project Success, Inc. This resource is required to know how to produce Activity Update Forms and use the YCA toolkit to track and monitor a project. This resource will be responsible for preparing status and cost reports, updating the project plan and documenting minutes from meetings.
