Complete Description: This position will be the primary developer of the WIC EBT planning project deliverables which will include a Planning APD and an Implementation APD and a grant request for a WIC EBT Implementation project. In order to fulfill these deliverables this position must have experience with either SNAP or WIC EBT systems and their planning plus WIC program knowledge and training and/or experience utilizing the USDA FNS 901 handbook guidelines to which all deliverables must comply. In addition, the BA will be requested to assist the Project Manager as needed on any analysis activities related to the WIC SPIRIT application implementation. The BA must make use of analysis techniques used to work as liaison among stakeholders to understand structure, policies, & operations of an organization, & to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. BA 3 Years of Relevant Experience: 8 years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent and IIBA Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation preferred Role Description: •Similar duties/skills to BA2. Additional work experience, job knowledge and certification. **The ideal candidate will have strong experience creating cost analysis, as is/to be analysis documentation, including building off current documentation (some of which is written in Visio). **The ideal candidate must have strong 901, WIC experience, and understand how databases interface with scanners, printers and card readers.
