You will lead the strategy and vision for the product group, and you will develop and look after product roadmaps and features. We are looking for the right candidate that can effectively translate business goals and end market needs into product strategies, as well as develop product road maps and specifications that deliver business and customer value. This individual must have a deep understanding of our markets needs, the product portfolio, and the competitive landscape. The Product Manager acts as the product champion and is able to evangelize the product vision effectively to senior stakeholders, working closely with multiple distributed teams on advancing Chrome Data product efforts. This will include maintenance of some current products, initiatives that enhance the existing product portfolio, and development of new products. The candidate must be an excellent communicator and build strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally and within distributed teams. This individual is a strategic and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and a detail and results oriented approach. The candidates product management experience, understanding of agile software development methodologies,and knowledge of the auto ecosystem is essential to the successful development of requirements and products. Required Skills: • 10+ years product and/or product marketing experience or other relevant experience with proven capability to direct product strategy • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. An MBA is desirable. • Demonstrated success leading and executing on a vision and energizing others to embrace it • Proven track record of success in launching products. • Expertise in sizing markets for product portfolio as well as establishing metrics for tracking product performance in respective markets • Demonstrated success developing effective product positioning and the ability to manage products through product lifecycle • Demonstrated track record and ability to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization, both externally and internally • Experience presenting to customers, analysts and press, industry groups on a regular basis to promote the business plan and build awareness; ability to solicit and synthesize input from customers, analysts and the marketplace • Results oriented and able to work against measureable impact and outcomes • Willing to travel to support the business across the US and Canada • Self-managed with an ability to work in an ambiguous and highly dynamic environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
