Job Description Tech Lead: A+ Certified, -, -,

NOTE:The district will be closed the week of April 18 - 22. No work will be done this week. Also must have own transportation to travel from school to school. Answer and provide technical support via tier 1 support desk. Troubleshoots problems using scripts and checklists as guides. • Provides highest level of technical support when necessary. • Documents problems and resolutions. • May perform end-user training. • Strong customer service skills are important in this position. • Participates in the testing and evaluation of new desktop packages and implements prototypes.
