Job Description Consultant: Independent Verification&Validation (IV&V), -, -,

EXPERT - MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -8 years or more in the following:
1. A minimum of five (5) years of experience providing IV&V services for large-scale ($10M+) projects.
2. A minimum of three (3) years of experience evaluating network designs consisting of Cellular, LAN WAN best practices.
3. A minimum of three (3) years implementing and troubleshooting user/device authentication credentiaincluding AD and certificate credentials.
4. A minimum of five (5) years of experience with remote access connectivity through the use of VPNs.
5. A minimum of five (5) years of experience with the challenges of cellular connectivity in diverse geograp
locations.
EXPERT - PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -8 years or more in the following:
6. Significant experience with industry-standard and best practices regarding quality, quality assurance quality control principles and techniques.
7. 3 years minimum experience with mobile application design and development methodologies.
8. Experience evaluating compliance with security and audit requirements as covered in OCIO 141.
9. Experience evaluating operational support models for distributed applications.
10. Experience consulting with executive levels and providing executive briefings.
