Description :

Scope of Work

It has identified work to be done to facilitate COVID-19 Response Activities. Federal Crisis Response funding has been requested and approved to support this critical need.

Work to be done includes: 1) assessment of PilotFish processes used to support the DPH electronic data exchange (EDX) platform and integration with auxiliary applications to identify any needed updates/improvements to PF to better support COVID-19 response;

2) assessment of increasing capacity to better process the anticipated volume of COVID-19 lab testing;

3) examining if Pilotfish can be integrated with other solutions for address verification, data matching and other needs; and,

4) having PF provide additional support for Carl, and assist in training of any new support staff brought on for pandemic response. Work to be conducted via conference calls and remote access as determined.
