Contract staff must also work on-site at IDOC. All contracted staff are required to have an IDOC background check. If working more than 30 days, fingerprinting will also be required. IT Contract staff must follow the IT timesheet requirements (Please see attached process document). Develop a reporting tool to match IDOC Intake Vouchers with BPA billing records: 1. Develop a method to match Access records (IDOC) to related invoiced line items from Excel (BPA). 40 hrs 2. Subsequently, develop exception reports of the matching process. 40 hrs 3. Architecture Diagram and Review (go, no go decision).(part of 1 & 2) 4. Import matched records into Access database. 40 hrs 5. Provide Users Guide, process structure, methodology. 40 hrs Deliverables: Architecture Diagram and Review (go, no go decision). 1. 90% +/- 5% of IDOC Intake Vouchers matched with BPA invoice billing records. 2. Corresponding reporting of IDOC Intake Vouchers and BPA billing records. 3. Matched records imported as expenditures against the correct vouchers. 4. Daily progress reports and updates. 5. Provide Users Guide, process structure, methodology. 6. Weekly timesheets, to be filled out as documented in attached procedure. Skills Required : • Six plus years of relevant experience • Four year college degree in computer science or related field, with advanced study preferred. • Possess extensive knowledge of one or more database systems, and is capable of hands-on work in all phases of database design and management. • Designs, develops, and implements infrastructure to provide highly-complex, reliable, and scalable database to meet the organizations objectives and requirements. • Analyzes organizations business requirements for database design, and implements changes to database as required. • Performs systems analysis on database, and resolves performance, capacity, and replication issues as necessary. • Provides detailed design and specification documentation, including flowcharts, for all aspects of the database. • Participates in the identification, prioritization, and development of technical initiatives and strategies. • Expertise in Access databases, database architecture, hybrid systems, data extraction, and report writing.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
