The candidate should also possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office365 products, Active Directory Federation Services and other related areas with troubleshooting at the expert level within large network environments. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience with Exchange Server 2007, Exchange Server 2010, Exchange Server 2013 and experience migrating mail from Exchange to Offie365. Qualifications include: •Experience with data segregation techniques in all services within Office365 including but not limited to the configuration of the Security and Compliance Center to accommodate several companies •Ability to manage challenging technical issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, and professionally communicating to all parties involved. •Active Directory Federation Services •Support migration of mail from Exchange Server to Office365 Plusses: •Active Directory Domain Services •Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2003 •Group Policy configuration and management •Practical experience troubleshooting operating system performance problems •Experience delivering and/or authoring technical training •College degree, preferably in Computer Science.
