Job Description Developer: Fund Management, Proven Experience, -,

Response Deadline: April 4, 5:00 PM CT

Client :North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH)

will provide funding management and works exclusively with health care providers to receive funding from the Rural Health Care Division Program (RHCD). Vendor will provide the following services:

• Gather service provider invoices and completes the required Universal Service Fund (USF)forms.
• Work with UniversalServiceAdministrativeCompany (USAC) to ensure funding.
• Act as ND Department of Health agent in dealing with NDDoH telecommunication service providers.

Justification: The vendor previously provided USAC funding management services forDepartment of Health and has been successful in obtaining RHCD funding for public health care providers. The vendor only requires a one year contract. The vendor provides knowledgeable and experienced resources and completes the filing process using proven tools and techniques that provides maximum benefits to their clients.
