=========PROJECT VENDORS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY==========================================================
+This is a request for vendor questions. No bids are due at this time. Once vendor questions are submitted and responded to by the agency,
this posting will be updated with the request and deadline for your bid proposal. The Question template, SOW and MMR are available below in
attachment portion of this post.
+Please use the Question and Answer template in the attachment section below. Enter all question you have regarding this SOW and MMR
attached below. This is your opportunity to have clarity on the SOW and requirement. Once you have all your questions entered on your
template, Please email your question template to utmsp@knowledgeservices.com. You must title the email subject to be "Vendor Questions
KSSOW 19006".
+ All vendor questions must be submitted before 5:00PM on Monday, Oct 25, 2018. (Utah Time / MDT) After the deadline for questions, no
more question will be accepted until after the scoring of bids; if the manager request a vendor conference with you there will be opportiunity
for additional Q and A. .
+ The status in the posting is currently "Questions" Once the agency responds to vendor question, the Answer will be posted and the status will
change to "Answer".
+ When the status is changed to "answer", a request for bids will be sent, with a deadline to submit your bid. (Typically 4 business days after
the agency responses are posted in dotstaff. Once answers are posted, the posting status will be changed to, "Answer". More instructions
for bidding will be added here when the request for bids is extended.
+Again, this is a request for vendor questions. No bids are required at this time. More to follow, once this posting changes from questions, to,
"Answer".
+ The duration of this project is 3 months. Please be ready to explain your ability and deadlines to meet this 3 month turnaround.

Scoring Criteria
+ Years of experience with Qualtrics Insight Platform = 20%
+ Years of survey design and development = 20%
+ Years of experience with Qualtrics data import/expert APIs = 20%
+Vendor presentations = 10%
+Cost = 30%
