Notifies and educates end users about deficiencies in requisitions and specifications in a manner that encourages a team effort in getting solicitations and paperwork processed correctly and in a timely fashion. Research, informs and includes the end user in the selection process on all solicitations. Experience within IT Procurement is essential for this role. Exp with Va state tools (like eVA) not required but helpful. Those with similar tools in their background will be considered first. If your candiate has prior state exp within Purchasing / Procurement then a completed reference from their former agency mgr is requested.
