Houston or Austin, TX

Bill Rate: 42.00

We are looking for a Contact Center Operations Engineer to work onsite at either Houston, TX -or- Austin, TX.

Please provide your best qualified candidate 7 month engagement with a possible extension

Skills Required:

IVR Operations - responsible for coding any IVR builds or changes to existing IVR applications
Call Flow Engineer - responsible for gathering the BU requirements, documenting and opening any needed tickets
ACD Operation - responsible for building agents, skills routing VDNs and any access to CMS
Working knowledge of Avaya ACD/IVR/ICR and CMS
