Forms implemented should allow for multiple XDPs plus attachments. Scope of Work and Success Criteria Vendor will mentor and coach DTS / ORS staff on best practices for system design and building the initial components required for replacement of the existing document generation system. Vendor will review existing approach and advise as necessary to have successful implementation. Vendors work will be considered successful when components/changes are completed and integrated to the existing processes, tested and considered production ready. Specific Needs Areas needing assistance include but are not limited to the following: 1. Development Guidance and Assistance • Review our current development approach and our project scope. Provide guidance and information regarding whether the use of HTML or Adaptive forms is the best fit for this project. We are open to either development approach. The adaptive form technology is new to us and we would need assistance using the CRX repository and developing custom components within the repository, such as CSS, profiles, themes, and JSP. • Based on the recommendation, the vendor will assist with development of some selected forms including development, integration, and an end to end test. New components should be completed by DTS / ORS staff with the assistance and mentoring of the Vendor. 2. Document Preview • In the proposed design, after selecting a document task in HTML Workspace the user is prompted for data entry or to make text or other selectionsprior to submitting.After the task is submitted, the data is then merged with the XDP template. However, prior to submitting the document in Workspace the user must have the option to preview the draft document with the associated data as described in the next bullet. • Develop a method to allow the user to see a preview in HTML Workspace of the draft document, including selected text options, gathered data, and accompanying forms (i.e., multiple XDPs and attachments). This should be a “what you see is what you get” representation. • The previewed document should be watermarked as draft. The document is considered draft until officially submitted through Workspace. • The previewed document should not be allowed to be edited, saved, downloaded, emailed, or printed. 3. Review and assist with HTML5 workflow with external agency. • ORS has one specific XDP Form/Workflow Process that is sent to an external agency outside of HTML Workspace. The form is rendered as PDF. The JavaScript method used in the XDP to allow the external agency to attach one or more PDF documents is no longer supported when the XDP is rendered as HTML5. The vendor will review and assist ORS in re-designing the current form/ workflow. This specifically includes 1) Rendering in HTML5 outside of HTML Workspace. 2) Allowing an external agency to attach one or more PDF documents to an HTML5 form. 3) Submission of the HTML5 form with attachments back to the AEM Forms server to continue within the workflow. 4.
