The OIAM tool will affect 62 OA divisions with sub-units. OA has less than 150 applications that will be provisioned within the OIAM Tool. The OIAM tool will also have the ability to add to less than 1,000 distribution groups and select access to less than 200 services/products. OA Applications, services/products that are AD authenticated shall have the OIAM tool add the user to the authorized AD group. If the application is not AD authenticated the OIAM tool shall send an e-mail to the State of Missouris service desk tool. The e-mail shall be in the State of Missouris service desk standard format. AD Authentication, RACF Access and Ticket assignment shall be created based upon the State of Missouris OIAM Catalog Matrix. Work assignments that can be made will include the following: 1. Issue Resolution for current environment 2. New User/Account Process or On Boarding 3. Add or Update Access Process 4. Approving Access Process 5. OIAM Catalog Cleanup 6. Sync and Conversion Process 7. Exchange 2016 Integration, with continued use of Exchange 2010 The following are other work assignments that may be considered. 8. OIAM Infrastructure Review and Backup of Dev, Test and Production Environments 9. OIAM Tool Cleanup 10. Delete User/Account Process or Off Boarding 11. Create Mainframe Account Process 12. Review of Current Access 13. Track Requests for Access Additional information related to each of the work assignments are contained in Appendix A. The State of Missouri is requesting resume(s) and quotation(s) for an on-site Oracle Identity Access Management Administrator with development experience. Resource will report to the ITSD Project Manager during the support of the PAQ. The resource will have the ability for remote work based upon approval from the ITSD Project Manager. • It is expected that resources shall provide technical support in all aspects of Identity and Directory Services from early phase proposals through, design, code, test, deploy and maintain. • Provide analysis, design, support, testing and continued integration to maintain and enhance the State of Missouris OIAM Environment • Continue to build and customize the environment for all State agencies (14 consolidated agencies) • Provide knowledge transfer to State of Missouri staff • Work with the ITSD Project Manager to develop a project plan along with determining priority of tasks and level of effort. Work to solidify technical hardware & software infrastructure requirements, track milestones related to implementation. Work with management to track issues and risks.
