Objective Automate user account provisioning to CBMS, CHATS, Trails, ACSES and the Salesforce Caseworker View so that the client Identity and Access Management team can reduce manual effort and decrease the time to provision user access. The API implementation will enable auto-provisioning user access to the application/database and assigning specific roles to the user, acknowledging there are hundreds of profiles within each native application. The goal of this engagement is to build MuleSoft APIs for One Identity to consume and use, based on State of Colorado Standards for technology, security, and governance, to automate the user account provisioning, changes, and deprovisioning to CBMS, CHATS, Trails, ACSES, and Salesforce Caseworker View. Approach and Scope Design and build a set of APIs on MuleSoft Platform to automate the provisioning and de-provisioning of users for the five identified applications, ACSES, CHATS, CBMS, Trails, and Caseworker View, build a System API to orchestrate the provisioning and de-provisioning of user profiles on each target application, as well as build a Process API to accept provisioning requests from One Identity, and it will validate and route to appropriate System API for the execution of the provisioning process on the target application.
