Summary: This person will interface with multiple users of a management file transfer application that support over 60,000 network endpoints.

The person must be able to document, investigate, and resolve issues that are impacting file delivery or system performance. The

person needs expert knowledge in how file transfer protocols function and be able to identify the root cause of issues and work

with both internal and external users to ensure that file deliveries are successful. The person must be able to work a flexible

schedule and be able to work 12 hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Expert knowledge of the managed file transfer applications including various communication protocols:

AS2, ftp, SFTP, FTPS, E5, X12.56 mailbag;

Expert knowledge of ITIL Service Operations;

Proficient at SharePoint and MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel);

Working knowledge of EDI including X12 and EDIFACT;

Working knowledge of managing trading partner in business to business environment;

Working knowledge Digital Workflow ;

Working knowledge of HP Application Lifecycle Management tools for creating and running tests;

Working knowledge of Linux shell script;
