This person can also sit in Woodbury but prefers Miami. POSITIONS DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES/PROJECT DETAILS (SIZE, SCALE, SCOPE) They will be working on two projects: Okta and Sailpoint. Okta- they are deploying as an authentication tool to all applications that Assurant is hosting. They are in the second phase. This person will be a developer/consultant for this project. Sailpoint- they will be doing the development for customization Sailpoint. They are still in the development phase and building from the ground up. Miguel has 10 people on his team (2 developers and 8 engineers). There is one developer on Okta and one on Sailpoint. This person will be filling in the gap and supporting these two developers. What are the top MUST HAVE requirements of the position (years experience, technical, etc.)? .Net Experience with Identity management/access management. Understands Security Protocols. Has basic authentication knowledge/background. Good written and verbal communication. NICE TO HAVES: Development with Okta/Sailpoint Requirement Details: Primary Skill: At least 5-7 years of solid Microsoft .NET web development experience Hands-on experience in developing ASP.NET 4.0/4.5 with C#, MVC, Entity Framework, jQuery, HTML5, WCF, Visual Studio 2012/13, CSS3, Javascript, Bootstrap, RequireJS, Knockout, Grunt, AngularJS etc. Hands-on experience working with SQL Server 2008/2012, Stored Procedures, TSQL Extensive experience with data transformation/integration using SSIS Experience with xml transformations Experienced with pattern-driven and object oriented design and implementation Experienced working with Agile Scrum methodology and Team Foundation Server 2012/13 Effective oral and written communication skills Documentation skills to translate requirements into specifications for program objects, functions and systems. Estimation skills for cost, effort and duration of product deliverables of high complexity Analysis skills for technical problems and solutions of high risk Role Profile: The Senior Software Engineer analyzes requirements and designs, codes, tests, installs and maintains application systems, programs, functions, services, and other related software components in response to enterprise needs of high complexity. The position provides leadership, technical guidance, and mentoring to others in areas of acquired expertise.
