Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer
Minneapolis
12-month contract
Interviews Thursday and Friday afternoon, possibly 3 PM

Interview Process
Webex, then F2F (or another Webex)

Project
Part of their complaints process program build-out. Theyre using Pega, internally, to track issues.
Dynamics 2016, currently, but moving to Dynamics 365 (on-prem)

Requirements
Dynamics CRM development
ASP.NET experience on MVC (roughly 3 years)

Nice to Have
Dynamics 365 experience (very nice to have)

Environment
SSIS (not required)
Biz talk (not required)
Pega (outside of scope of work)


Project Background and Details (what will this project accomplish for the business?):

First phase complete – this was “Service complaints” based or readily resolves themselves
rolled out across Wholesale
2 more reqs to come (in his back pocket)
Complaint process – wholesale complaints program that is being built out, including an org. that will manage and resolve complaints. Ie – specific complaints like you charged me too much, or I was a wells fargo branch and I didnt like the way this person looked at me.
Wholesale solution is based off Pega platform so the head of the enterprise customer area said, we will provide a CRM solution. They have built out a CRM Solution that sits in the relationship view platform that serves as an intake form.
Second phase – add more complaint types including escalated and complex, not readily resolvable, more info needed, and discussions around providing feedback to the relationship manager based on the solution. Same model where they fill out a form and submit. Wont be resolved but another org will be picked up, etc. Delivered by Mid July 2019.

Environment for the candidate to understand:

SSIS (not required)
Biz talk (not required)
Pega – outside scope (MQ interface managed by other devs)
Tightly regulated environment so devs need to adhere to standards and expected they can demonstrate their work and how they are implementing. Tech leads will review code.


Day to Day Responsibilities (and how will this resource be measured?):

Wells Fargo FTE lead will head this work
Daily scrum, working very closely with other developers
Working in some cases with product team members that bless the solution they are trying to build
The product group sits between them and the end users
Ongoing development activities
Automated scans (fortify) will scan for vulnerabilities


Required Skills & Technologies (# years experience with each and rank them in order of importance):

2016 CRM--> 365 (their version is on-prem)
Current app is built on MVC
Developer who can take requirements from tech lead and get it done but self-directed and requires minimal direction (ASE6)
ASP.NET – 3 years
MVC – 3 years
