The current methodology used for authentication require authorized users to provide login credentials for Secure Access Washington (SAW) and login credentials for the applications. The goal of the project is to allow users to login to an applications by supplying credentials only one time. The agency has selected to use a version of SAW that allows agencies to create their own portals where users can provide one set of credentials to access a Client applications, while still using the security features of SAW. This ability is provided through implementing the SAW Enabled Application Portal (SEAP). Client is looking to procure a developer to implement SEAP for agency wide use. *Required Skills: *At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the following: *Designing and/or developing N-Tier ASP.NET web applications, Class Libraries, Web/WCF services, and unit tests in the Microsoft .NET Framework, versions 3.5 or higher. *Using Microsoft Visual Studio Development tools, versions 2010 and above, to develop, test, and maintain agency or corporate level N-Tier systems. *Conducting web performance and load testing for .NET web applications using tools like Microsoft Test Manager, Red Gate .NET, WAPT etc. *Generating MSDN style technical documentation using tools like Sand Castle Help File Builder, Ghost Doc, etc. *Source control versioning using tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) or other source control tools. *Managing/configuring Internet Information Services (IIS), versions 6.0 and above, at the enterprise/corporate level. *Developing and testing Microsoft SQL Server, versions 2005 and above, Transact SQL statements, stored procedures, table valued functions, and scalar valued functions. *Working with relational databases. *Interpreting user requirements and software design documentation to be used for software development *Interpreting and articulating details and impacts of complex proposed software solutions. *Knowledge in all stages of the software development life cycle. *Strong planning and organizational skills with critical attention to detail and creative problem solving skills. *Balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders including senior leadership. *Desired Skills and Competencies: *Demonstrated experience/knowledge in the following: *Washington State (SGN) Statewide Government Network. *Developing or integrating N-Tier web applications to be hosted within the Secure Access Washington Gateway. *Developing .NET web applications utilizing Microsoft Enterprise Library, versions 4.1 and above. *Developing .NET web applications utilizing Ajax Control Toolkit, JQuery, and JavaScript. *Demonstrated knowledge of the .NET Provider Framework and developing custom providers based on it.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
