Other key elements of the job include: Creation of documentation of administrative processes Coordination across teams to create standard reports, processes, and communications related to user or application information. Executes the administrative workload across multiple cloud platforms and associated tools including, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Clouability Duties and Responsibilities 1. Manages Access and scripts used to support user activities 2. Manages access for authorized users including Read and Write rights to files and folders 3. Account linking and request approval process execution for Microsoft Azure and AWS 4. Billing consolidation/liaison with finance teams across cloud platforms 5. AWS Enterprise support allocation assignment and execution with AWS account team. 6. User provisioning, data review, and issue triage/resolution within BI billing dashboard for cloud 7. Assists with additional Projects as assigned Required Skills Previous experience with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP, related systems administration experience preferred. Ability to document administrative tasks Dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment. Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements Experience with cloud billing consolidation tools and processes (ex. Cloudability) Experience with Azure and/or AWS IAAS installations and deployments Clear communication skills Education & Experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent education; 3 to 5 years of related Systems Administration experience.
