Job Description : PeopleSoft Administrator Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension Location: The client is in Columbus, OH but this is a remote role Our large electric energy client is looking for a PeopleSoft Administrator to support their current PeopleSoft FI 9.0 and HR 9.1 environment while current staff joins a project to upgrade to PeopleSoft 9.2. This will be a combination DBA/application developer role. Responsibilities The following responsibilities are spread across multiple environments (i.e. Development, Test, and Production), and include 35+ databases Integration Broker Messaging between HR, Finance, Expense, OIM, Maximo, Cook, DWMS/Storms, Web Methods. Maintenance of security certificates maintenance Application of PeopleSoft/Expense PUMs after upgrades Internal/external user sFTP and password maintenance for HR integrations PeopleSoft Tuning Server maintenance Monitor and resolve server bounces Process and Scheduler cache clearance Space management Set up and maintenance of application server domains Logins Integration Broker messaging Security Administration for PeopleSoft Finance and Expense Password Administration across all environments and impacted application Maintain CRON jobs Work with Middleware on the F5 setup used for HR with the Portal Perform Tools and Database upgrades across all environments Initiate and validate database refreshes Assist Application teams (both Support and Projects) with trace files, tuning, migrations and much more in the development and test environments Restart application servers, process schedulers as needed when issues arise in the test environments. Support Auditing and SOX controls Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual queries and certifications Migrations PeopleSoft Projects SQRs and COBOL programs (e.g. includes compiling source code) Scripts (e.g. includes execution and verification) Required Skills 5+ years working with PeopleSoft Administration & Tuning PeopleSoft Finance, PeopleSoft HR PeopleSoft Portal PeopleSoft Expense.
