Job Description Manager: Windows XP, MS Office 2007, Adobe, Desktop Support

Description Of Work :

All contracted staff are required to have an IDOC background check. If working more that 30 days fingerprinting will be required. Please provide at least 2 staff for this work.

SOW: Perform desktop and laptop setup for end users. Systems will already have a base OS installed. Replace 200 desktops and laptops. Install basic software like MS Office and other IDOC standard software. Communicate with end users on files and applications that need to be transferred from the old systems to the new. Confirm with end users that systems are working. Enter asset tags and details into an inventory system. Perform work on typical HelpDesk tickets. Be able to travel onsite to office buildings and prison facilities throughout the state.

Expected Deliverables :

Completion of statement of work above. Setup 200 computers and deploy to end users. Perform work on related tickets. Weekly timesheets and monthly time accounting is required.

Skills :

Experience with installing and troubleshooting of:

Windows XP, MS Office 2007, Reflections, Adobe and typical desktop applications. Ability tor travel onsite and work in a correctional environment. Ability to lift monitors, PCs and laptops. Experience working on and resolving support tickets. Ability to document and inventory assets.
