Job Description Analyst: Rational Test Suite, Agile, WEB Application, QA

[Note : Candidate must be ablet to pass a technical screen this week and begin the contract on Monday August 22nd]

[Note : Candidates must be available to work on-location in Portland and there is no chance for remote work]

Job Description:

Selected QA candidate have at least 3-5 years working embedded in agile environment, conversant with Rational test tools, experience in testing multiple browser compatible web application

·This team will need to work closely with internal Developers, QA, Ebusiness product owner and other business stakeholders.

·All selected candidates are proficient with English language and have proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to ensure clear and timely communication with all levels of management, stakeholders, other supplier, and staff throughout the company

·All selected candidates have a proven strength in their ability to plan, organize, prioritize task assignments and manage workloads to ensure

·established deadlines are met.

·All the selected candidates have strong negotiation skills

·All the selected candidates have experience with working in a matrix environment

·All selected candidates need to be highly collaborative and team oriented

·All selected candidates have a demonstrated record of analytical skills and strengths in diagnosing complex problems and implementing corrective action

·All the selected candidates have a high degree of technical writing skills

·All selected candidates have the ability to review complex and contribute to quality peer reviews

·All selected candidates are skilled in leading large complex meetings which including multi-levels of management with complex political situations

·All selected candidates have good communication skills and have the ability to effectively communicate to both business and technical audiences

·All selected candidates have experience in driving for results by; setting objectives and goals, break down concept into manageable achievable steps, assess risks and problems

·All selected candidates have the experience to provide estimates for very large and complex sizes of work

·All selected candidates have experience and skill to work alone on tough assignments while being accountable for commitments for all assignments and accountable for administrative reporting

·All selected candidates have knowledge of traceability/auditability through all phases of the work effort

·All selected developers must be proficient in Object Oriented design and development

·All selected candidates have the ability to work in agile development environment

·All selected candidates have the ability to analyze complex data requirements.
