Job Description Analyst: Analyze And Develop IT Tasks, Aix, Linux Scripting, HBase

Candidate must be our own W2 Employee

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

· Analyze and design new systems, develop enhancements to existing systems.

· Determine source data, processing requirements, output formats, timing and cost estimates.

· Verify that system meets performance criteria.

· Design, implement, and document procedures.

· Design/modify, code, debug, test, and document moderately complex to complex application systems

· Install and test software packages.

· Install and maintain operating systems software in a computing center

· Consult on the use of complex software packages.

· Advise users regarding program techniques and design.

· Maintain program libraries, users manuals, or technical documentation.



Requirements:

· 6+ Years of overall IT experience

· 4+ Years of experience supporting AIX/Linux systems in a complex production environment

· Installing, configuring and maintaining AIX Servers ( V7.1 and V7.2)

· System partitioning and virtualization utilizing IBM AIX POWER LPAR/DLPAR technology and Virtual IO Server ( NPIV,Virtual SCSI, Virtual Ethernet etc)

· Storage networking utilization - e.g. installing HBAs & drivers, configuring LUNs and volume managers

· Strong in troubleshooting
