Is able to clearly articulate the problem in written form (email, ticket, problem statement). Is able to clearly articulate the problem verbally (team meetings, 1:1, conference call). Fully explain the problem and its business impacts in simple terms. Is able to research the issue Is able to identify what tools and knowledge are needed. Employs tools, system knowledge and techniques in a methodical way; peer reviews where necessary to maximize confidence in the results. Is able to interpret the source data Understands the source data definition and what acceptable range looks like. Is able to determine other possible downstream impacts. Building effective and positive personal relationships with team. Analysis Is able to effectively maintain a technical document through a change management lifecycle. The documents remains concise, accurate and effective after several release or changes; it can be used effectively to verify requirements, support testing, and is a trusted source when audited. Communication Is able to clearly communicate with others via verbal or written. Clear, to the point, no more complicated than needed. Realizes the limits of email and finds another channel. Is able to efficiently run a meeting. Has a previously distributed agenda, follows it. Invites only those necessary. Follows agenda and captures takeaways/minutes. Responds to emails from business partners within a 24 hours, 2 hours for production issues. Uses correct spelling, punctuation and grammar in formal communications. Expected Consistently produces error-free emails and documents. Email, general reference documentation and write-ups are professional and proof read. Knows the right SMEs to get right information. Testing Is able to create test cases, test plan, test execution and testing strategy. Undergo IT testing, negative testing, Integration testing and regression testing. Able to mockup data for testing purposes. Technical Is able to design a solution.
