The Authority has assigned current staff members to a team that will develop the process and documents necessary to identify, purchase or license, and implement the appropriate solution(s). The Business Requirements Analyst sought through this requisition will lead and facilitate the teams development of detailed functional requirements and evaluation of proposed solutions against those requirements. Propose appropriate approach to requirements development, (requirements list vs. user stories vs. use case, etc.) Plan requirements development process in coordination with project sponsor, business owner, and project manager Gather requirements from stakeholders through appropriate means Organize and document requirements in clear, complete, consistent and unambiguous fashion Assist team in developing process and methodology (including a requirements traceability matrix) for eliciting and evaluating the degree to which proposed business solutions meet requirements Assist team in structuring and preparing solicitation documents Assist team in evaluating and selecting the most responsive business solutions Required Skills: * Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, systems analysis, industrial design or related field * Experience in performing functional analyses on business systems for software solution development or acquisition * Experience conducting business requirements analysis in the financial sector, ideally in an organization servicing personal loans. * Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Requirements Analyst or similar role * Self-starter who understands how to effectively deal with ambiguity and changing priorities * Tireless advocacy for system end users * Fast learner; able to learn new software solutions, business processes, and design techniques quickly and efficiently * Strong communication skills, oral and written; able to gain trust and respect of peers and stakeholders   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
