The primary focus of the position is contributing to the development and execution of real-time marketing campaigns through the point of sale channel, including development of the instant pre-screen technology solution and marketing segmentation and criteria. Post development, the candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities for POS Requirements: Has mastered advanced skills for multiple processes and has a broad knowledge of multiple processing platforms. Is responsible for execution of either a specific portion of an Acquisition or ECM process or an entire processing specialty across multiple delivery channels or any special projects assigned by Sr. Mgmt. Actively works with other teams in Marketing Information Management and with peers in other marketing functions to developing segmentation/execution strategies. Provide expertise in developing complex software applications or utilizes advanced technical skills such as SQL, SAS, database concepts, mainframe and related systems in development of new processes or execution of production programs. Create MIS and support general database management activities. Interacts with other teams within Marketing Information Management on matters regarding processing standards and procedures, audit requirements, statistics, knowledge discovery and data modeling. Maintains a close working relationship across various functional areas Marketing, Scoring, Credit Policy and Decision Management in ensuring timely response to business needs and requests. Provides information to management to help them respond to strategic initiatives. Provides recommendations to management regarding infrastructure, operating guidelines and procedures, audit and business reporting, and timely issue resolution. 5-7 years of direct, relevant experience in both a marketing technology and a business consulting role, preferably in financial services 5-7 years strategic business analysis; aptitude in displaying and communicating technical/analytical information to non-technical constituents Ability to create new and imaginative approaches to marketing strategies and apply them to architectural design Ability to identify fresh approaches to marketing processes and technology and shows a willingness to question traditional assumptions Proven ability to work cross-functionally within an organization to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders and accomplish objectives Ability to work independently, with strong follow-through, a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks Strategic and critical thinker Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
