Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree with experience in Information Technology and a functional discipline covering SAP Finance and Logistics modules with particular reference to manufacturing operations. • Ability to quickly understand the business needs/requirements and to translate this to actionable IT solutions. Qualifications/completed courses in requirements gathering a plus. • Effective negotiating and influencing skills. • Proven project management skills and understanding of the benefits that a standard project management life cycle can deliver. • Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills in both a business context and an IT context. • Well developed analytical skills. • Strong relationship building skills. • Capable of self starting and pro-actively driving activities to closure. Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: • Broad finance and operational experience in a large company environment with a deep understanding of IT and specifically SAP Logistics and Finance modules as they relate to manufacturing processes.
