Workforce Management Consultant/Project Manager:

This role will execute Service strategies related to all Corporate internal and external goals and Corporate initiatives (e.g. Affordable Care Act, SQM, PMTM, CMTM), Performance and Workforce Management and Departmental Budget. This role is responsible for research and collection of information and data, as well as subsequent quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data, creating, maintaining and Service reporting and workforce management processes (forecasts, schedules and adherences), developing and implementing actionable strategies to positively impact service performance.

Responsibilities:
*Manages the development, maintenance, and ongoing refinement of Service reporting and analytical processes, including but not limited to, data source security and maintenance, distribution of standard and ad hoc reports related to, inventory, and performance, with regularly scheduled analysis of data (Work Volume Trend reports, *Call Reason reports, Assist Line Utilization, Associate Performance reports, Daily Call Distribution report, etc).
*Responsible for providing Service operations with robust associate performance management system/process that tracks associate dependability, adherence, productivity, and quality for ongoing coaching and completion of monthly incentive and annual performance reviews.
*Oversee Service data tracking, validation, and variance reporting for CMTM, PMTM, SQM, ongoing at-risk reporting for group performance agreements and validation of Service incentive results.
*Will also oversee completion of Service related business cases and analysis of All-Associate Survey results to determine trends and provide recommendations for Survey action plans
*Responsible for evaluating the efficiency of the desktop and web servicing solutions, and for facilitating requests for upgrades, enhancements, and replacements. *Serve as point of contact with consultants and key vendors regarding market research, benchmarking studies, best practices, and creative servicing solutions.
*Ensures Service call performance optimization by managing the workforce and performance management processes which includes, but is not limited to, real-time monitoring of schedule adherence and phone coverage gaps, setting up and maintaining profiles on Corporate call center systems and schedules on RTA/eWFM, reallocating resources based on deviations to forecasted call patterns, conducting appropriate maintenance and enhancements to the current Work Management System (WMS), creating and revising standard and ad hoc performance reports, conducting work management studies to review and revise performance management standards, and completing detailed performance analysis.
*Ensures that information is provided professionally, accurately and timely, telephone calls are audited for compliance with corporate and departmental policies, analysis is translated into meaningful and actionable strategies designed to improve the member experience and the departments overall performance, by reducing repeat calls and non attributable calls. Responsible for reporting and tracking of Action Alerts, disputes and outcomes and the development and implementation of workflow processes generating efficiencies and improved quality results.

Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience.
*Five to eight plus years of progressive project management experience.
*Three years of documented and proven process improvement experience.
*Must have strong leadership skills, proven analytical ability and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
