This role involves quality and test advocacy, resource planning and management, and resolution of issues that impede the test efforts. Working under the direction of the Central Project Business Lead, the QA Test Manager will be responsible for the following activities: Collaborate with Kronos ATS Team and Agency Test Lead(s) to develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test scripts for requirement/user story validation, Coordinate testing schedule with Agency-level Project Lead(s) Work closely with the Kronos ATS team to develop a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training strategy to ensure Agency testing team has adequate knowledge of the Kronos system and testing for successful QA testing Perform baseline testing of the application to ensure readiness for UAT Create and maintain reusable test data for automation scripts Identify necessary resources/tools to manage and execute testing activities Implement best practices and tools for testing and test automation Ensure proper tracking, oversight, and communication of QA efforts for each agency deployment Maintain progress of testing and coordinate testing efforts with each Agency Test lead Manage testing status in our Issue and Project planning software, e.g. Jira Trace test cases and results back to specific user stories/requirements/quality risks First level review of production issues triage and issue reproduction Participate in road-map planning to provide recommendations and concerns Provide 2 – 4 payroll cycles of post go-live support to each agency Knowledge transfer and training to on-going State of Connecticut Kronos Support team Required Skills/Experience 1) 5+ years of extensive knowledge and experiencing deploying the following Kronos solutions: Kronos WFC Timekeeper Kronos WFC Calculated Accruals Kronos WFC Advanced Scheduler TeleStaff Kronos WIM Kronos InTouch Time Collection Device Kronos WFC Absence and Leave Manager Kronos Analytics 2) Experience implementing large scale deployments with Scheduling and Time and Attendance solutions 3) 3+ years of professional QA experience 4) 3+ years of professional experience with project tracking software like Jira 5) 5+ years of Kronos application configuration 6) Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills 7) Strong communications skills – verbal, written and presentation 8) Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools 9) People skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills 10)Planning and management skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
