Mandatory Qualifications: 84 months experince overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables- Delegating and coordinating of tasks- Project status, meetings, scope changes; Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months of experience in managing multiple large (100 million or greater) complex IT projects where regular interactions with Executive level stakeholders were required. Other Requested Qualifications: 84 months of experience logging, analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting defects found in test and production environments. 84 months of experience analyzing complex business and/or operational processes, developing business and/or operational process flow charts and creating use cases, as needed. 84 months of experience providing oral and written communications to business owners, IT program team members and management. 48 months of experience in managing software implementation projects or in-house application development (SDLC) projects. 48 months of experience with Rational Team Concert (RTC), including logging, tracking, and prioritizing work items. 48 months of experience working with the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care).
