Job Description Analyst: Programming And Design, OnBase Administration, Architecting, OnBase Workflow Microsoft SQL Strong Lea

Description :

It intends to procure contracted services from Sr Internal Business Systems Analyst

The College is seeking one (1) highly motivated and capable person to will help design, test, develop, document, and configure OnBase to support a series of initiatives within the aimed at improving the student experience. This position focuses on the day-to-day administration, support and development of OnBase ECM.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

This assignment minimally requires:
1. +4 years progressively responsible hands-on programming and design experience in OnBase (OnBase System Admin, OnBase Workflow, and if possible, OnBase API) or at least 4+ years experience architecting and configuring OnBase Workflow.
2. +4 years experience and knowledge developing and maintaining Microsoft SQL/MySQL and Enterprise Content Management configuration and support
3. Demonstrated understanding of security concepts, best practices and procedures, tools and techniques.
4. Strong data, application and integration technical skills
5. Strong Leadership abilities.
6. Experience with higher education is a plus
