We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead efforts to integrate key multimedia capabilities into the enterprise. You will join a team that is accountable for the capabilities delivered by our multimedia technologies in the digital signage, enterprise video, virtual learning, meeting spaces, and live broadcast areas which are used by employees across Milwaukee, New York, and Arizona along with our Distribution System. Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. * 4-8 years or more of engineering and/or applied architecture experience in Multimedia technologies. * Experience with one or more of the following multimedia technologies (Kaltura, Media Platform, Adobe Connect, Air Media, Polycom, Crestron) * Experience integrating vendor solutions into enterprise single sign-on solutions * Experience establishing and scaling server and network infrastructure to support multimedia technologies * Experience developing solutions to migrate content. * Experience developing solutions using vendor apis. What this role needs: * Strong technical aptitude and ability to logically analyze and creatively solve complex issues independently * Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written to multiple levels of the organization * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels throughout the enterprise * Ability and willingness to create change; passion for continuous improvement * Ability to mentor other software developers to maintain architectural vision and software quality * Ability to ensure the detailed design and implementation of the infrastructure meets the functional and non-functional requirements * Ability to ensure the appropriate infrastructure components are procured, installed and configured to meet the requirements for all environments (development, test, stage and production * Ensures the projects alignment with Northwestern Mutuals design and delivery best practices and provides team leadership for infrastructure delivery * Experience with engineering best practices to include analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying and supporting software solutions and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
