Provides on going data to support the ISO 9002 Quality Standard, assists in developing training audits and schedules. Serves as a data consultant to the Quality Teams by providing meaningful information on data processes simplification and operational efficiencies.Specialist: Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.Typically a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4-6 years related experience or Masters degree and a minimum of 2-4 years experience.Basic analytical reasoning and problem solving. Knowledge of conventional quality philosophies and practices. Minimum 1 year Quality Engineering environment. In this role, the candidate will require to work and excel in following areas: Program manage the gathering of Business Requirements, translate these into an execution plan for the BI developers and deliver the final solution that meets these Business Requirements Technical lead and Focal point between India based developers and US based stakeholders-- Facilitate meetings, bug tracking, and program level communication between the various teams Flexibility in working hours to cover both India and US Required to work on projects of medium/high complexity and display excellent programming capacity using QlikView & MS BI technologies (SSIS, SSAS and SSRS) Evaluate and define functional requirements for BI solutions with Business users Define Data Acquisition and Data Integration Design and logical data models that are globally scalable and reusable across multiple source systems Define Analytic capabilities requirements and design (Dashboards, Scorecards/Performance Management, Ad-Hoc, Slice/Dice, Alerts and Guided Analytics, Search and Text, Prediction and Simulation) Capacity to solve problems, identify options and propose a solution in MS BI technologies Create, execute and document test cases and results Prepare process documentation for all processes. Effectively transition implementation knowledge to support teams Good verbal & written communication skills to interact with the relevant stakeholders Flexibility to work across time zones and diverse cultures and across different technologies. Willingness to explore and work on the latest trends in Visualizations.
