Description: o Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis. o Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). o Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies. o Experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures. o Experience developing Functional requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do to fulfill the business requirements. o Experience developing User (stakeholder) requirements. Requirements are a very important part of the deliverables. Stakeholder needs must be correctly interpreted. This deliverable can also reflect how the product will be designed, developed, and define how test cases must be formulated. o Experience developing Quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements - are requirements that do not perform a specific function for the business requirement but are needed to support the functionality. For example: performance, scalability, quality of service (QoS), security and usability. o Experience with various system interfaces both real-time and batch o Experience developing and reviewing functional design documents. o Experience developing and documenting test cases to ensure that business requirements will be satisfied and function without issues. o Experience developing Report Specifications - define the purpose of a report, its justification, attributes and columns, owners, and runtime parameters. o Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix - a cross matrix for recording the requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process. o Experience with various SDLC models e.g. Agile, Waterfall and tools such as Rational Suite o Strong organizational, oral & writing skills. o Experience developing graphic representations of complex business processes. o Performs routine duties independently; seeks approval on complex matters with IT leadership and business stakeholders. o Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking experience/ability o Experience with Medicaid, SNAP/TANF is preferred o Technical Exposure to projects implemented using Java, J2EE, Oracle, web services, SOA services, Web technologies etc. preferred o 7-9 years of experience o 4 year college degree or equivalent and IIBA - certified Business Analyst.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
