The determination for award shall be made to the responsible proposer(s) whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the Client and the City taking into consideration the price and such other factors or criteria that are set forth in the RFP. *Required Skills: *Mandatory Skills: *Candidates must meet all the requirements below to be considered for the Business Analyst position: *Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business System Analyst on similar complex workflow development projects with expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). *Ability to create clear and concise documentation that supports business requirements and standard documentation format. *Must be able to prepare BRDs/FRDs, Use Cases, requirements specifications, and Process Improvement Flow Charts. *Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. *Proven experience in facilitating JAD sessions. *Ability to work independently on strategic issues with users. *Must be able to define test scenarios and conditions, develop complete test plans and facilitates testing according to plan in support of UAT. *Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, writing, analytical, problem solving, information gathering skills and able to translate business needs into functional requirements. *Proficiency in use of MS Office especially MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Visio. *Preferred Experience: *Experience with Workflow development and Mainframe projects. *Experience in handling production issues. *Experience in Pension System. *Experience in data modeling   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
