The vendor will also be required to craft and recommend legislative amendments and strategies designed to make North Dakota an attractive hub for insurance ventures specializing in autonomous vehicles. The work involved in this solicitation shall include, but not be limited to, creating a detailed analysis that outlines the current legal and regulatory landscape affecting autonomous vehicle technology as well as multiple recommended legislative, regulatory, and policy proposals aimed at fostering a thriving ecosystem for autonomous vehicle insurance in North Dakota. At all times the vendor shall work closely with STATEs staff and other vendors, including STATEs contracted program manager, JW Hammer LLC.
