The right candidate will have demonstrated experience working as a business analyst in projects following Agile and lean software development processes (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.). We expect the candidate to know how to work as a member of an Agile team, collaborating closely with the members of the team to gather and analyze business information to understand functional and non-functional requirements. The Business Process Analyst needs to know how to integrate the customers perspective and the technology perspective into the teams day-to-day work. We expect the business process analyst to utilize active, incremental feedback loops to ensure common understanding across the teams and stakeholders. It is desired that the candidate have demonstrated servant leadership skills with a focus on supporting and guiding teams toward achieving desired results through deep understanding of business needs, success criteria and expected outcomes. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Facilitates the discovery of as-is and to-be business processes. Documents business processes in a manner that facilitates long term maintenance, business process automation, and process improvement.
