Must Haves:
Change Coordinator - Previous coordination of changes and change management champion
Must have 7 years or related experience

Looking for a Change Coordinator who is an authoritative senior analyst who serves as a Change Management practice lead for their specific area of responsibility. They provide overall coordination of Changes being worked for their Service(s) and mentoring for others on the effective use of Change Management practices and tools. Their ultimate purpose is to ensure that Change Agents and others involved with changes for their area of responsibility are taking the steps necessary to ensure the quality of both the changes and change implementations taking place.

The responsibilities for a Change Coordinator can be grouped into two overall categories: 1. Providing overall coordination of changes being worked in their area of responsibility and 2. Helping facilitate the on-going quality and maturity of their areas Change Management practices and the results those are producing. Expectations:
1. Only necessary and approved changes are implemented
2. Adverse impacts from implemented changes are accurately and consistently identified and documented
3. A very high percentage of changes are implemented without causing adverse impacts (once you are certain your Service is accurately & consistently documenting adverse impacts when they do occur).
4. High Percentage of quality changes sent for approval with few rejections.
5. A very low percentage of changes (or no changes) are implemented without all applicable levels of testing
7. A majority of changes are requested in advance of the projected implementation date.
8. A high percentage of changes require little or no Change Coordinator action to address insufficient or inaccurate documentation, regarding such things as risk assessment, planning information, evidence of test, implementation results, etc.
