Required Skills: * Experience drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) of which 4 years were spent drafting RFPs for Texas state agencies. * Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines. * Experience successfully leading meetings and facilitating discussions. * Expertise using Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio, with exceptional skills in Word and Visio. * Knowledge of how Texas Medicaid is implemented and managed. * Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups, and manage multiple responsibilities. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, team playing and communication skills. * Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently perform a variety of complicated tasks; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. * Oral and written communication skills.
