Candidates must possess prior experience in these areas. The BA would be responsible to ensure that the implemented solutions meets the requirements of the business community and conforms to all applicable Federal and state laws. The BA will be called upon to act as an active member in all phases of the project including: gap analysis, requirements gathering, design and development activities, testing, implementation, and stabilization. Scope of Work: Create processes for requesting security access to various resources from internal and external entities Assist in development and maintenance of a user (person and system) inventory for monitoring and reporting Assist in development of statistics and reports identifying access trends and patterns to support audits and performance requirements Participate in interface and conversion requirement development Develop test strategies, test scenarios and test cases based on written requirements Execute and review test runs Sign off on tested components Document interface and other business requirements and participate in their development and testing Document conversion requirements, if necessary, and participate in their development and testing Be available to coordinate review cycles with business users in all phases of the project Support the development of end-user training materials and end-user documentation as required Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree with a major in Computer Science or equivalent experience - Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements - Ability to interpret and use data in problem solving and process improvement - Ability to develop and manage work plans - Familiarity with Medicaid and/or Medicare business - Ability to write clearly and concisely, and to communicate effectively and interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Ability to manage time, to set priorities, and to work under time constraints Experience in the following is highly desired: - Systems development lifecycle methodology - Development and execution of test plans and cases - Knowledge of technical systems components, structured query language, program   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
