Advanced experience developing and writing requirements according to standard templates including data needs and business rules. The contractor must have excellent writing skills and possess the ability to deliver quality results with minimum direction and detail, and meet deadlines while handling changing priorities. Preferred Skills: HP ALM and VersionOne experience is desired.
