A minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Lead BA working with large, complex, enterprise–scale systems 2. Facilitating requirements gathering sessions and in documenting and publishing the results 3. Converting requirements into system specifications 4. Analyzing and documenting existing processes and proposing modified or new business improvements 5. Communicating with management, clients and developers on requirements and developing process solutions 6. Creating and maintaining business training and support material 7. Testing business applications; writing test plans, test case scenarios, executing tests and documenting results 8. Working knowledge of core Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel 9. Understanding of the application development lifecycle and current methodologies Preferred experience: 1. Working with State government applications, particularly working in the area of Corrections/Criminal Justice 2. Bachelors Degree in a related field of study 3. Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, Open Workbench or similar products 4. Experience with other Microsoft Office products, including Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Access 5. Experience with SQL, relational databases and query products 6. Understanding of Data/Process Modeling and commonly used modeling tools 7.
