Business Intelligence SQL Data Modeling Data Integration Microsoft Office Analyst   Requirement id 15250 Job title Analyst Job location in Norcross, GA Skills required Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, System Architecture, SQL Data Modeling Data Integration Micro Open Date 27-Aug-2013 Close Date Job type Contract to Hire Duration 4 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Phone Screening    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, System Architecture, SQL Data Modeling Data Integration Micro ** Only W2 Employee - No Subcontracting ** Can submit only Green Card and Citizens ** Can submit at higher rate *** Over Time is paid at 1.420 times OT - Extra Hours on Weekdays and Saturdays *** Double Time is paid at 2.0 times DT - Hours worked on Sundays 4 months contract-to-hire Key Responsibilities • Develop an understanding of the data sources available for the Fiserv Mobiliti™ product • Create a plan for integrating data for the Fiserv Mobiliti product in both an ASP and licensed implementations with other Fiserv data assets • Utilize integrated data for use in business focused analysis and manipulate it to make it usable for analysis by summarizing data points, creating new metrics, and addressing data quality issues • Synthesize analysis findings and communicate them to our partners in order to drive further understanding of the consumer lifecycle and influence joint activities between Fiserv and our Financial Institution partners • Based on analysis make recommendations that will significantly influence investment decisions, drive pricing decisions and guide contractual marketing agreements • Responsible for measuring impact of product and marketing efforts • Conduct data analysis to answer business questions asked by executive management and Fiserv partners. Use data to establish facts and draw valid conclusions • Produce analysis that highlights current trends in the account base as well as identifying when trends are impacted by changes in subscriber behavior or other market forces Skills Required • 3+ years of business focused analysis experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Marketing analytics focused role • Strong understanding and experience with database concepts and systems architecture including SQL and data modeling. • Strong data analysis skills. • Data integration, architecture and management capabilities • Strong general business acumen • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Access. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, • Demonstrated ability to support business functions through reporting and data analysis Education • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Marketing, or related field Fiserv, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
