The position for the UCCE Implementation Engineer for Digital Technology & Development, Unified Communications is located in Bothell, WA and responsible for the strategy and development of our call routing systems that support our Frontline Customer Care, Retail, Enterprise and T-Mobile Customers. Responsibilities Work with vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on VoIP implementation, optimization, security and ongoing management. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting infrastructure and services including Cisco ICM, UCCE, CUCM, CUC, CUIC, CUPS, CUBE, CVP, Finesse, Jabber and all other Unified Communications applications Engineer, configure and lead the deployment of Unified Communications infrastructure and call routing solutions Provide technical leadership for projects and strategic planning efforts, with the ability to act as a SME, mentor or as a member of a team Consult, assess, design and interview internal customers to determine technical requirements Convert requirements into actionable scope of work in line with department technology strategies Design, build and implement call routing solutions from user requirements and provide appropriate support documentation Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to Operational teams as a subject matter expert (SME) Perform analysis of the operational problems as well as provide highest-level crisis management Formulate and complete integration testing, acceptance testing, and regression test in development/preproduction environment prior to production deployments Provide client/peer training on call routing technologies as needed Characteristics Must be able to continuously prioritize activities in a dynamic landscape Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from various business partners, adhere to design specifications and meet aggressive deadlines with minimal direction Self-starter that takes ownership for keeping abreast of new technology developments for current and future applications to job duties Perform duties in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible and provide regular status reports on tasks accomplished, current issues and progress toward goals Apply business development skills to identify potential opportunities and communicate to cross functional leadership teams Minimum Qualifications Extensive experience with Ciscos collaboration suite of products such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connect, Cisco Meeting Server (previously Acano) Solid experience with Cisco Voice Gateways Experience with Avaya integration with a Cisco ICM environment Solid experience in dial plan designs and implementations Application integration experience related to Avaya OneX, Cisco Jabber, Microsoft Skype for Business, etc. Deep technical experience and strong command of multichannel industry trends and ability to apply desired outcomes Proven ability to work business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities and integration with exis   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
