Platform requirements must include the following: •Online platform is branded as the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services (NDDHSS). •Curriculums and programs including adapted Native American Diabetes Prevention Program (as approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)), Hypertension program, Diabetes Management program, Weight Management program, etc. These curriculums and programs must be approved for adults (18 years and older). •Healthcare providers decide eligibility for their programs. •Healthcare providers curate length and content of online program. •User interfaces, responder interfaces, administrative interface, executive interface, and mobile applications. •Branded iOS iPhone NDDHHS custom app. •Branded Android NDDHHS custom app. •Branded NDDHHS user website interface. •Branded Lifestyle Coach responder interface to review client content and generate reports. •Curriculums currently being adapted for the Native American communities by the Great Plains Tribal Leaders content and curriculum team. •Video embedding in the NDDHHS platform. •Reporting capabilities on all data collected per user engagement, success and patterns. •Integration of Fitbit digital scales and pedometers for platform. •Meet Indian Health Service network security and policies. •Vendor will not have access to the participant data.
