Mobile app for the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). 2. Multiple mobile app subscriptions. 3. Subscription is for 12 months. 4. Lifestyle coach training. 5. Mobile app allows participants to attend in person, which works into their schedule, but still participate fully when it does not. When they cannot attend in-person, participants access full versions of each DPP session curriculum. 6. Mobile app allows participants to stay in with their Group and Coach. 7. Mobile app uses tracking tools that DPP coaches need to remain CDC compliant while scheduling, delivering and documenting the DDP participants and Groups. 8. Participants who miss a coaching session are prompted to make up their session via the app and their completion is automatically documented. 9. Delivery of DPP mobile app by June 29, 2017. 10. Key Features: a. Dynamic "To Do" List on Home Page that changes throughout the day to reflect what the user needs to accomplish that day b. Meal Logging • Ability to schedule and receive reminders to log via interactive iOS and Android notifications, and to respond to the prompt using natural language processing (NLP), such that the user simply speaks or texts what they ate or drank and the app parses that input and shows and logs the macronutrient information • Integrated online food database, including ability to look up restaurant meals • Ability to log meals by taking a picture • Ability to Favorite a meal previously logged • Ability to re-log past meals by searching or browsing Favorites and Recent meals • Ability to estimate calories in a meal when not using the food database or NLP tool c.
