Skilled in troubleshooting and weighing relative costs and benefits of potential actions. Extremely detailed oriented and able to follow Department standards, methodologies, principles and processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must work on-site at Department of Transportation, Lincoln, NE. (telecommuting is not an option) Regular and reliable attendance is required. Experience with: Cobol and CICS. (candidates MUST be able to develop in COBOL AND have CICS experience) Job Control Language (JCL) and job scheduling. IBM mainframe (z/OS).
