Job Description Specialist: IBM ZOS, COBOL DB2 Development, CICS, CA DB2 Products Business System Analysts

Description:

The Client seeks cobol specialist,
Candidates must posses a thorough knowledge of programming techniques, programming languages and the capabilities / limitations of a computer; through knowledge of the principles of computer programming, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation; demonstrated experience with analysis and design; effective oral and written communication skills; ability to establish and maintain good working relationships; strong analysis and programming skills; ability to resolve highly complex problems. Also, experience with the following: COBOL, CICS, DB2, TSO, WEB Service Development, IBM z/OS operating systems, JCL, CA DB2 products, ENDEVOR, SQL, VSAM, Microsoft Office Suite, Exposure to DMV applications sysytems is a plus.
