The RSA archer developer will be responsible for the customization and development of the e-application system designs, programs, and codes software in response to specific business requirements. The developer must understand how to optimize multiple development efforts through the appropriate project design, database use, code creation , and software architecture. In addition, Develops design specification in compliance with IT architecture. The candidate will need to be able to create a usable GUI as well as define and develop reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a governance, risk, and compliance role (GRC) and experience with the various modules of Archer. (Incident, threat, policy, risk, compliance, enterprise, business continuity, vulnerability risk, security operations, audit management etc.) QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Skills & Abilities: Degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science or a related field Minimum 5+ years professional experience 3+ years in Archer experience required. Prior experience in Audit, risk management, governance, IT security and / or compliance functions a plus Proven experience dealing with ambiguous situations, and producing a consistent result with varied input Demonstrated capability to learn and adapt to new situations & requirements Experience with Business Intelligence and Enterprise Reporting design and development a plus Certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL, etc. a plus Written personal recommendations from peers and those in the management chain upon request Demonstrate success in delivering solutions targeted to business owner expectations both technical and non-technical in nature Strong written and verbal skills in English   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
